Özgür OBALI,
Board Member and CEO

Özgür OBALI, graduated with a degree in Economics from Boğaziçi University and completed his post graduate degree in International Banking and Finance at The University of Birmingham. He held various positions in Türkiye İş Bank between 1994-2005 and joined Türkiye Finans A.Ş. as Head of Board of Auditors in 2005 where he hold the position until 2012. On January 2012 He has been appointed as Executive Vice President to our company since then took responsibilities of various areas like HR, Operations, IT, Procurement and Marketing. On 16th of May 2016, he was appointed as CEO of Vakıf Emeklilik A.Ş.

Executive Vice President

A graduate of Political Science and International Relations from Boğazici University, Adem Duman completed his MBA at the same university. He started his career in 1994 and in 1996 he joined Interbank A.Ş. as Management Trainee. In 2005 he moved to BNP AK Dresdner Bank where he worked as Corporate Banking Group Head until 2005. After BNP Paribas acquisition of Türk Ekonomi Bank, he joined TEB and held various positions at Corporate Banking, and Corporate and Investment Banking Groups: Manager and later Director of Multinational Clients Desk from 2005 to 2007, Structured Finance and BNP Paribas Synergy Director between 2008 and 2011 and as Large Corporate Clients Director between 2011 to 2014. Adem Duman joined Vakıf Emeklilik ve Hayat A.Ş. on the 19th of January, 2015, to take charge of Finance, Human Resources, Actuarial Dept. and Legal Dept. Currently, he is responsible for Finance and Marketing functions. He is married with two children.

Executive Vice President

Mr. Cenk Torgalöz, graduated from Dokuz Eylül University, Department of Industrial Engineering, stepped into business life in 1995. He served as a director at Vakıf Finansal Kiralama A.Ş. Aegean Regional Directorate and Financing Directorate between 1997 and 2000. Joining within the body of Vakıf Emeklilik A.Ş., Mr. Torgalöz carried out his duties on the positions of Corporate Sales and Product Development Assistant Manager, Collection Manager, Aegean Regional Manager, Marketing Management Division Director and Operations Division Director. Carrying out the duties of the Executive Vice President of Vakıf Emeklilik A.Ş. Operation, Information Technologies and Project Management Office since September 1st, 2016, Mr. Torgalöz is married and has one child.

Ender ŞENOL,
Executive Vice President

Mr. Ender Şenol, graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences Department of Finance, completed his master's degree at Boston University Financial Economy. Mr. Şenol, stepping into the business life at Türkiye İş Bankası in 1997, served as Insurance Auditing Specialist the Republic of Turkey Undersecretariat of Treasury, and carried out researches regarding Insurance Markets in London. Joining in Ziraat Hayat ve Emeklilik A.Ş. in 2011, Mr. Şenol carried out duties respectively as Executive Vice President for Financial Management, Executive Vice President for Marketing and Technical Transactions, Executive Vice President for Corporate Development, and Operations at Ziraat Hayat ve Emeklilik A.Ş. Mr. Şenol, who served as the Member of the Board of Funds of Retirement Investment Funds. He joined Vakıf Emeklilik ve Hayat A.Ş. on the October 6th, 2016, to take charge of Marketing and Customer Services. He is responsible for Human Resources and Customer Relations. He is married and has one child.

Executive Vice President

Born in 1972 in Ankara, Mr. Serdar Satoğlu graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Public Finance in 1994. He completed his master’s degree in ‘Capital Markets and Stock Market’ in 2006 in Marmara University, Institute of Banking and Insurance (BSE), and his doctoral degree in ‘Banking’ in 2010 in the same Institute. Joined T. Vakıflar Bankası T.A.O. as an Assistant Inspector in 1995, Mr. Serdar Satoğlu was appointed the President of the Inspection Committee of Vakıf Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. in 2001, after which he acted as the General Director and a Board Member in the same company. Having served as the General Manager and a Board Member of Vakıf Menkul Kıymetler Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. during 2005-2006, Mr. Satoğlu continued serving T. Vakıflar Bankası T.A.O. as the Assistant General Manager as of 2010. Mr. Satoğlu also acted as a Board Member of the Settlement and Custody Bank (TakasBank – Takas ve Saklama Bankası A.Ş.), TSPB (Turkish Capital Markets Association), the Derivatives Exchange (VOB – Vadeli İşlemler ve Opsiyon Borsası A.Ş.), the Central Registry Agency (MMK – Merkezi Kayıt Kuruluşu) and Vakif Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. Appointed the Assistant General Manager for Internal Systems in Vakıf Emeklilik ve Hayat A.Ş. on July 28, 2017, Mr. Serdar Satoğlu is married and a father of three.
